Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us directly. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Bergen County, New Jersey, unless you are pursuing a matter that qualifies for small claims court.

You waive any right to bring any claims as a class action or to participate in any class action claims against us arising from your use of this website.
